Throughout the 80s and 90s Makepeace continued to appear on both television and film with roles such as “Vamp” (1986) and “Murder She Wrote: South by Southwest” (1997). However it was not until 2001 that he would make his final appearance on screen with an episode of the TV series “Just Deal”.
