Brenna D’Amico is an American actress and dancer. She is best knwn for her role as Jane in the Disney Channel original series, Shake It Up (2010-2013).
D’Amico began her career as a dancer, appearing in national commercials and music videos. She made her acting debut in 2009, guest starring in an episode of the CBS procedural drama, CSI: NY. The following year, she landed her first major role on television, playing Jane on the Disney Channel comedy series, Shake It Up. The show ran for three seasons and D’Amico earned praise for her performance.
After Shake It Up ended, D’Amico appeared in a number of independent films and television movies. In 2015, she had a recurring role on the ABC Family series, Switched at Birth. The folloing year, she starred in the Lifetime thriller film, Mother’s Day Nightmare (2016).
D’Amico has also appeaed on stage, starring in productions of A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2011) and Peter Pan (2012). She has also competed in several dance competitions, winning first place at the New York City Dance Alliance competition in 2009.
