Deleting Emails on Android Devices
If you’re using the Gmail app on your Android device, start by opening the app and locating the email you want to delete. Next to the email, tap on the photo or letter associated with the sender. This will select the email.
At the top left corner of the screen, you’ll see a checkbox next to “Select all.” If you want to delete multiple emails at once, you can tap on this checkbox to select all emails in your inbox. You can also scroll down to select more messages if needed.

Emptying the Trash

To empty the trash folder in Gmail, click on the “Trash” label in the left sidebar of your inbox. At the top of the trash folder, you’ll see an option to “Empty Trash Now.” Click on this option to permanently delete all emails in the trash folder.
